This site is hosted the same way. Pages load in under half a second from anywhere in the country.

Where AI comes in

Monitoring, routine edits, and content syncs (a Substack feed, an events import) are automated wherever they can be. The monthly price covers a person’s attention, not a person’s typing. More on how I use AI →

What "one person" means

You have my email and my number. When the monitor trips, I find out before you do, and you get a message from me, not a ticket number. When the site needs a change, you send it and it's done, usually the same day.

And a person who notices things

Hosting is the boring part. The useful part is that someone who knows your site is looking at it every month. When your hours change on Google but not on the site, when a page nobody visits is the one Google sends people to, when a form is collecting questions an assistant could answer, you'll hear about it. Ideas are free. Building them is quoted.

What an edit is

One request by email: change the hours, swap a photo, add this week's specials, post an event. Anything under an hour. Bigger changes get a quote first, never a surprise invoice.

Only for converted sites
